Our simulation game depicting the annual Ministerial Council Meeting of the OSCE again proved to be a very useful tool to go deeper into decision-making procedures and the mandate of the OSCE. 23 participants from the ministries of different member countries took part in a two-day simulation game with an introduction to negotiations and a substantial debriefing.
