Our organization is glad to welcome Frederick Broers, one of our new trainees, to the team. Frederick recently finished his master’s at the London School of Economics (LSE) in International Relations where he primarily focused on conflict transformation and international development. He also had the chance to study in the Netherlands, Argentina, and the US which is why he is fluent in English and Spanish. Due to this background, Frederick is particularly interested in the international projects of CRISP in conflict transformation.
Before coming to the organization, he gathered experience working with GIZ and NATO. Moreover, voluntary work with Youth for Understanding e.V., Amnesty International, and the Millennium Journal have made him acquainted with non-formal education and civic participation. At CRISP, he is currently involved with many projects in political education such as our Coalition Building Project with German schools.
