This year CRISP held once again their annual strategy meeting, which was conducted online considering the ongoing pandemic situation and was organised in two parts.
The first part was held on the 9th and 10th of February and focused on the discussion of organisational and logistical matters within the team. Colleagues facilitated discussions on our new coorperate identity, monitoring activities and yearly reports, responsibilities within the team and our project’s presence in various regions.
The second part of the meeting followed on the 22nd and 23rd of March, where various working groups presented their strategies for tackling the main discussion points from the clusters of the first part of the meeting. This included potential new methodological approaches, onboarding of new team members, accessibility and visibility of our work and more.
The Strategy Meeting is an important event to the work of our organisation that allows for CRISP members to reflect on the work conducted the past year and discuss together on improving our methods and approaches.
